Ange got a packet of brown basmati rice you just have to heat up. Added that to corn, egg, beans, mushrooms and garlic cooked in sesame and bran rice oil.

Just add cabbage, carrot, shrooms, corn or whatever left over veges you have. Stir fry with some Udon Noodles, Sesame Oil, Oyster Sauce etc. Even an egg perhaps. Delicious!
