Chocolate Cake

Ange and her colleague Kayla made a 40th birthday cake for her manager at work (brown noser!)

I made sure I got some - it was full on. There were three blocks of dark chocolate in the cake alone!

Spinach Lasagne

Angia made this lovely lasagne the other day. She let it sit for a day before cooking it then another day before we ate it.

The flavours were enhanced so much! Very nice. Healthy too.
