This is delicious! Make a kumara soup then break smoked fish into it.

Home Made Pizza

I just bought pizza bases and added pizza sauce, capsicum, onion, prawns, feta, mushrooms and some nice seafood spice.

I think it came up quite well!

Prawn and Lemon Risotto

My first offering to the blog! This takes a bit of time as risotto always does.

The thing I have found you need to do to make a good creamy risotto is to ensure the stock is simmering and not too cool.

Turned out nicely if I may say so myself.

Vege dumplings with salad

Ok - we cheated. These dumplings are bought from Pak n Save. They are delicous though! A little soy and sweet chilli sauce.

Butter Bean Burger with baked chips

Really nice. The burger has butter beans, pumpkin seeds, lemon, zucchini and red onions. In pita's with tomatoes and lettuce.

Chips just seasoned with El Dente Peak Seasoning (all the way from Denver), a little chilli infused avocado oil then baked in the oven.

Tofu Enchilades and Salad

I love this one! We have had our Nacho seasoning sent over from our favourite little spice shop in Denver and it just makes this dish.......

Lentil and vege bolognaise with spaghetti

A little bland for my liking but a good feed never the less........

Available Ingredients Udon Noodle Stir Fry

A personal favourite!

Just add cabbage, carrot, shrooms, corn or whatever left over veges you have. Stir fry with some Udon Noodles, Sesame Oil, Oyster Sauce etc. Even an egg perhaps. Delicious!

Chilli Beans

Today we had a chilli bean and potato bake accompanied by Asian Coleslaw.
